Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges Policy

These return and exchange terms apply solely to purchases made directly from us, either via our website, social media platforms, WhatsApp, or through customer relations representatives, as well as purchases made at our physical pop-ups.
Exchange, Return, and Refund Process
Refunds:
Our designer outfits are crafted and checked with precision and care for you, so we do not offer returns or exchanges. Please double-check your size before purchasing or contact our team for assistance to ensure your selection is just right.
For returns in applicable terms, refunds are issued exclusively in the form of store credit. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days from the acceptance of the request, provided the product has not yet been delivered. If the product has been delivered, refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days of the product's return to us.
Products can be exchanged or returned only for store credit, upon presenting the original invoice, and provided they meet our terms and conditions.
- Exchanges, including size changes, are subject to product availability and require confirmation from us.
- Once an exchange is made, the product is considered customized and is not eligible for further exchange.
A restocking fee of 15% of the MRP will be charged for returns or exchanges.
Due to limited inventory, some size exchanges may not be processed, in which case, store credit may be issued in accordance with our terms.
Store credit issued for refunds will be valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product. We cannot entertain requests beyond this period.
Sizing:
Standard sizing may vary across brands. We will not accept returns for standard-sized products based on size discrepancies that do not meet your expectations or requirements.
Products must be unworn, in perfect condition, and with all original tags attached to be eligible for exchange or return. Any product that is damaged, soiled, or returned without the original tags may not be accepted and could be returned to you.

Faulty Goods:
Goods are considered faulty only if they are damaged upon arrival. Items showing wear and tear from normal usage are not classified as faulty. If you wish to exchange a faulty product instead of receiving store credit, we can only replace it with the same item in the same size, subject to availability. We may offer repairs for faulty items where possible.
Custom Orders:
Custom-made items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. For more details, please refer to [link].
Shipping Costs for Returns/Exchanges:
Shipping charges for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Bulk Orders:
Orders of more than five products are considered bulk orders and will not be eligible for return or refund.
Discounted Products:
Items bought on sale or using promotional offers, loyalty points, or gift vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged.
Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed. If an order is eligible for cancellation according to the applicable terms, store credit will be provided in place of a refund.
Orders with discounts applied are non-refundable. "Discount" includes any sale (including EOSS), promotional code, or coupon.
For approved cancellations (per the applicable terms), a 5% cancellation fee will apply, which will be deducted from the total order value (excluding loyalty points or store credit) to cover payment gateway charges.
We reserve the right to accept or reject cancellation requests. If a cancellation request is made within 24 hours of placing the order, we may cancel it and refund the full amount. If canceled, the amount will be refunded within 5-7 working days after receiving your bank account details for the refund. Please note that we cannot process cash refunds under any circumstances. Orders processed after 24 hours from placing the order are ineligible for cancellation.
