2. Payment Processing & Security

- All transactions on our website are encrypted and secured with SSL technology.

- Designery does not store your payment information for security reasons.

3. Order Confirmation

- Once your payment is successful, you will receive an order confirmation via email/SMS.  

- If your payment fails, please check your card details, available balance, or try an alternate payment method.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

- COD is available for select locations and may include an additional fee.  

- Failure to accept a COD order may lead to restrictions on future purchases.

5. Refunds & Chargebacks

- Refunds for canceled or returned orders will be processed within 10 business days as per our Refund Policy.

- Unauthorized chargebacks or fraudulent disputes may result in account restrictions.

6. Pricing & Taxes

- All product prices are listed in Indian Currency and include/exclude applicable taxes.
